Cancellation or Interruption of the Fireworks Festival
- If the fireworks festival is interrupted after it has begun, the full fare will still be charged.
- If the fireworks festival is canceled after the boat has departed, the full fare will still be charged.
- If the cancellation is announced in the morning on the day of the festival, your booking will be changed to a 2.5- to 3-hour evening cruise at the standard fare. The difference between the fireworks festival fare and the standard fare will be refunded at a later date.
- If we determine that it is unsafe to depart due to a typhoon, severe storm, or other conditions, we will contact you by phone or email by around noon. In this case, the full amount will be refunded at a later date.
※ The same policy applies if the fireworks festival goes ahead but we cancel the cruise due to adverse weather or other conditions.
