Notice of Cancellation and Suspension of Fireworks Events
- Please note that the full fee will be charged for any interruptions after the fireworks display has started.
- Please note that the full fee will be charged even if the fireworks event is cancelled after the boat has departed.
- If the fireworks event is cancelled in the morning of the day of the event, please note that you will be asked to switch to the 3-hour Noryo-boat with the standard fare* (the difference with the fireworks fare will be refunded at a later date). (The difference from the fireworks fee will be refunded at a later date.)
- We will call you by noon if we cancel the sailing due to a typhoon, storm, or other reasons that we deem dangerous. (We will refund the full amount at a later date.)
*The same will apply if the sailing is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, even if the fireworks event is held.
* Please note that there will be no changes to the pier locations listed below, even for Noryo-boat departures.
