Regarding meal changes	Vegetarians and those with food allergies may change their meals by informing us at the time of reservation. If you are a vegetarian or have food allergies, please mention them in the comments section of the Booking form and we can make the meal changes for you. Reservation Flow

1. Since it is a complete reservation system, please apply through the reservation website (Table Check).You can proceed to the reservation website by clicking the "Book now" button on the departure schedule on this page.
   *Reservations can still be accepted if seats are available until 11:00 a.m. even on the same day.
2. After confirming your payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation link via text message. Please provide the name used for your reservation on the day of your visit. The confirmation link includes a Google Map showing the route to the pier; please use it for your convenience.
3. Please strictly observe boarding time as you will be riding together with other passengers.
   *If you are late, you will not be allowed to board the boat.
   *Please note that no refunds will be made in such cases.

Payment Information

Payment method	We will contact you to confirm the availability of your cruise after we received your booking application. Please pay 30,000 yen by credit card as a deposit within one week from the date of our confirmation. We accept the following credit cards: The remaining balance of the total cost must be paid one day before your departure.

Reservation Flow

1. Our boats require an advanced booking.Please book via email or by using the online booking form.
2. After we receive your booking request, we will contact you with information about the availability of our boats within 3 business days.
3. If you would like to proceed with your reservation, you must pay a deposit fee of 30,000 yen within one week of receiving our notification. (The booking confirmation is sent through email. Please reply to us after you receive our notification.)
4. After confirming the number of applicants, we will send you an email with the URL for credit card payment.
   *The remaining balance of the total cost for all applicants must be paid until 13:00 one day before your departure.
5. We will contact you with a final confirmation of your cruise one day before your departure date.
6. Please arrive at the designated departure area 15 minutes before your bording time.
