Notes on cancellation
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept any cancellation or reduction in the number of people after the payment has been made, but you may give the tickets to a third party.
In that case, please contact us.
For reservations made 10 days or more prior to the fireworks event, a cancellation fee (full amount) will be charged even before payment is made.
Cancellation or Interruption of Fireworks Event
- If the event is interrupted after it has started, the full amount of the fee will be charged.
- If the event is canceled after arriving at the venue and no fireworks are displayed, the fee will be 17,500 yen per person. (The difference will be refunded at a later date.)
- If the event is cancelled in the morning of the day of the event, you will be switched to a Noryo Boat at the standard rate (the difference from the fireworks fee will be refunded).
- If the boat is cancelled due to a typhoon or storm, we will call you by noon (full refund will be given later).
*The same will apply if the sailing is cancelled due to bad weather, even if an event is scheduled to take place.
